Its registered office is in state of Haryana and Panchkula city. Company has presently two serving directors Raj Jain (DIN/PAN 09594791) and Bhawna Jain (DIN/PAN 09594792).

Raj has over 30 years experience in Garment Retail, Science Education, Laboratory Glassware and most recently Web Technologies where as Bhawna has over 25 experience in Education, Rehabilitation and most recently Speech and Hearing disorders in children and adults. Bhawna has also earned her doctorate from Canterbury University, New Zealand.

EIPL is start up company focused on developing its flagship product Kukiapp which is a Social Connectivity mobile app with its theme statement “Meaningful Connections with People you Choose”.
